The Soo Thunderbirds Second Annual Prospects Camp is over two weeks away, and if you are born in 2004-2007, now is your chance to register!
This year’s camp will run from July 23rd-26th everyday from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the John Rhodes Community Centre.
This year’s camp will be instructed by Soo Thunderbirds head coach and 2018 NOJHL coach of the year John Parco along with associate coaches Marc Disano and Toots Kovacs.
Alumni Thunderbirds Camaryn Baber and Owen Headrick will also be on hand to teach at this year’s camp.
Current players on the Thunderbirds will also be helping out on an off the ice.
Former Soo Greyhounds captain and Soo Thunderbirds graduate Colin Miller, who is now playing with the National Hockey League’s Vegas Golden Knights will also be one of this year’s instructors.
Returning to teach at this year’s camp for a second straight year will be former Soo Greyhounds captain and current Edmonton Oilers defenceman Darnell Nurse.
