The Soo Thunderbirds are very excited to announce that they have acquired 1999 birth year forward Tyler Malpass from the SIJHL’s Fort Frances Lakers in exchange for PDF.
Malpass, who is a native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, scored 15 times and set up 14 others through 47 regular season games last season with the Lakers and finished seventh in SIJHL rookie scoring.
The local forward stands 5’10 and 165 lbs.
