NOJHL announces Soo Thunderbirds – Soo Eagles West Division semifinal schedule
SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Tuesday evening its schedule for the upcoming West Division semifinal series between the Soo Thunderbirds and the Soo Eagles.
This popular cross-border rivalry renews Thursday as the two sides square off in Game 1 at 7 p.m. at the John Rhodes Community Centre in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.
The Thunderbirds will also host Game 2, who goes Saturday at 7 p.m. back at John Rhodes.
Shifting to venerable Pullar Stadium for Games 3 & 4, the Eagles will serve as the home team on Wednesday, March 22 at 7 p.m. and Friday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m.
John Rhodes would be the site for a Game 5, if it is needed, and it’s slated for Saturday, March 25 at 7 p.m.
Game 6, if required, will go on Monday, March 27 at 7 p.m. back at Pullar while the T-Birds would hold Game 7, should the series go the distance, on Wednesday, March 29 at 7 p.m. at the John Rhodes C.C.
The following is the schedule for the NOJHL ‘s West Division semifinal match-up between the Soo Thunderbirds and Soo Eagles:

Game 3: Wednesday, March 22 @ Eagles 7 p.m. (Pullar Stadium)
Game 4: Friday, March 24 @ Eagles 7:30 p.m. (Pullar Stadium)
Game 5*: Saturday, March 25 @ Thunderbirds 7 p.m. (John Rhodes Community Centre)
Game 6*: Monday, March 27 @ Eagles 7 p.m. (Pullar Stadium)
