The Soo Thunderbirds hockey club has been helping with the development of young men and hockey players for 20 years now, and with the club preparing for the 2019-2020 season, it’s time for our hopefuls to come out and hit the ice next month.
From May 11th – 12th, the Thunderbirds will be hosting their 2019 Spring Prospect Camp at the John Rhodes Community Centre.
This camp is open to hockey players born between 1999-2003.
Former players of the Soo Thunderbirds who are currently playing in the Ontario Hockey League, include Robert Calisti (Soo Greyhounds), Camaryn Baber (Saginaw Spirit), Keegan Stevenson (Guelph Storm), Darian Pilon (Sudbury Wolves) and Drake Pilon (Sudbury Wolves).
Current Head Coach John Parco will be looking for players dedicated to carrying on the Soo Thunderbirds tradition of hard work and commitment to the program.
