SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League continues to earn national recognition from the Canadian Junior Hockey League as three of its member clubs garnered attention in the latest Pointstreak top 20 rankings, which were announced Monday.
For a second consecutive week the Powassan Voodoos were ranked No. 1 overall in the weekly listings while the surging Soo Thunderbirds moved to seventh overall and the Cochrane Crunch jumped to 12th in the CJHL’s latest listings, which are compiled in conjunction with International Scouting Services.
